I pulled back the drapes this afternoon because Isabella wanted to play outside after preschool. Here is what I saw...the hill in our backyard covered in these beautiful yellow and orange flowers! I was always so disappointed because I thought we didn't get as many flowers on our hill as everyone else, but today I was amazed. It made me smile and so happy to see. It also had me reflecting on the fact that I have come to love our house and love Chino Hills. This city has everything! And with Isabella in preschool...I guess it has really started to feel like home. The only reason I consider moving is because it is not as close to my parents as I would like. Seeing all the beautiful spring flowers also renewed my want to garden. So I think that will be on my project list next week. I would like to plant flowers out in front of our house. That is soooo pretty! We have totally been capitalizing on the good weather and planting flowers like crazy! Plus we planted seeds a couple weeks ago, and have been taking care of our "baby" flowers! So much fun, can't wait to see what you pick for your house!
I do miss those Chino Hills orange flowers! Even with all the fires in last Fall they are still blooming! Happy Spring! :)
