Rylie Love Parrino

aka "Baby Love" arrived this morning at 1:50am. She is beautiful!! 7lbs 11 ounces, 19.5 inches long and I think looks a lot like her sister Camryn. Mommy and daughter are doing wonderful and I loved holding her this afternoon. Congratulations Sister...so proud of you and happy for the addition to our family!

I just love this picture of Big Sister Taylor cuddled up with Rylie. Adorable!

Cousin Brynn's Birthday Party

Saturday we had a great time at Cousin Brynn's 5th birthday party. The Princess party was held at Freckled Frog Learning Center in Yorba Linda and it was so much fun for the girls. They got to pick a princess dress and accessories, dance, play games and have a tea party. Of course Bella loved it! Thank you so much for having us, Katie and Terry!

On a side note... my daughter gave up "her clips" (Hair Bows) for Lent. So you won't be seeing any bows on her until Easter. Harder on Mommy than anyone!!

Fashionista

We have been super into dressing ourselves the past few weeks, but this week takes the cake. She doesn't want suggestions anymore on what goes together. She picks what she picks and that goes. Monday she went to the park with her Daddy. I told her to go upstairs and get ready. Below is what she picked. You can't tell but that shirt does have some purple in it and she picked her hat with the purple, orange and yellow. So, she does get matching colors. I must admit, I get a lot of laughs out of my sweet girl. It is hard for a particular Mom like me, but I love it that she is exploring her own style and self.

We can be...

Urban Chic

Cowgirl Couture

or a Classy Little Lady

Today when I passed her room, I noticed she had laid out all her clothes last night before she went to bed. It was the most adorable thing and made me laugh. She had a skirt, shirt, sweatshirt (which she likes to wear and take off right when we get to class), shoes, undies, socks and a sun hat. She didnt end up wearing this because I had to tell her that hearts don't go with plaid. She was so upset at me and had a small fit. She said, "But mom, it has all the same colors!" She ended up in a new outfit I had got her. I must say though, I left the room and told her it was up to her what she wanted to wear. I was going to let her go with hearts and plaid. Surprising, I know! Hey, maybe my girl will be the next SJP! Haha.

Lots of "Lovin"

It has been an eventful week/weekend. Despite our normal weekly schedule, we had the fridge fixed, went to the library, ran many errands, made some treats and did Valentines. On Friday Isabella had her Valentine's Pajama party at school. She wore pink Ballerina jammies with hearts all over them. She was so excited to pass out her heart whirly pops and ballerina cards. She came home with so many adorable projects that she made throughout the month. Thank you Ms. Amanda and Ms. Sandra for all of your hard work and for making preschool so fun and special for my girl!

Friday afternoon we went to Bianca's house for a short visit. She helped me with some website ideas...because well, she rocks! Then we headed over to Grammy and Pops. We met the family for dinner to celebrate David and Julie's 20th Wedding Anniversary! Can you believe it? 20 years! They are amazing and oh so beautiful! I just love my family! By the way, Baby Parinno is still hanging in!

Saturday morning Isabella and I headed to Rebecca's for Cooking Club. Isabella had a fun time playing with the kids and I had fun visiting with Holly and Rebecca. Thank you Rebecca for hosting! When Isabella and I got home, we walked in to the most gorgeous Roses for Mommy and flowers, a big cookie and chocolate milk for Sissy. It was so sweet!! Daddy and Bubby also bought everything to make a yummy steak/pork dinner with potatoes, creamed spinach and champagne! We had a great night and are truly spoiled. It made me so happy because my Dad and Mom always made sure we had flowers and felt special. It is fun to carry on traditions and make your own kids feel the love. Valetine's morning I decorated Sissy and Daddy's door with hearts that said things about each of them.

We then headed to Aunt Amy and Uncle Soner's for an amazing dinner. THANK YOU BOTH! I made box lunches for the kids with heart sandwiches. Isabella pulled them out of the box and was so excited saying, "These are MY FAVORITE". Of course, Mommy put in her favorite chips and favorite sweethearts for a treat. So cute. We had fun laughing and hanging out with my parents and Joe and Alice.

Today Chris and Isabella are both off.... we are hanging out right now, I need to clean the house and put the fridge back together. Chris mentioned going to the park in a while. I think it will just be a relaxing type of day and back to the routine tomorrow. I was headed back to Jenny Craig today, but it is already 10, so I think I will do that in the morning after I drop off Isabella! I honestly can't wait. I have 12 weeks until my birthday, so hopefully that will be 24lbs! It works so well for me, and I need to do something NOW! Have a great week all!

Party Peeps

This weekend has been a party kind. We had to miss Lil' Matthew's first birthday party, but took him a present and had coffee with Christie while Bella was at school on Friday. Then we went to the Salon, and then to dinner with Gram and Pop. Yesterday we had Jared's 5th birthday party next door, then went to drop off an Invitation job for my April bride and then to dinner to celebrate dear Caitlin's 30th birthday! I have no pictures of Bub and Dad, but they were there too. And today Chris and I are going to a Superbowl party at Joe and Leslie's house, while the kids go to Aunt Amy's with Gram and Pop. All this while we were waiting to hear if little Baby Girl Parrino was on her way. We thought Friday was the day, but they sent Aunt Jenny home to wait it out! We are praying for her and sending our love, as I know how hard it gets at the end! Can't wait to meet the newest addition to our family!

Isabella and Connor

Jared with his birthday cake. Funny story...on the way to the salon on Friday Isabella says to me, "Mom, can I marry Jared when I get bigger?". I just started to laugh and then she got so embarrassed and shy. She said, "I really like him." Lol! It begins already...Lord help us!

My beautiful girl!

Bella and Beauy at Birthday Dinner

Cait and Ben...and Cait and me.

These are the invitations I worked very hard to complete. I love them...very classy and beautiful. Thanks to my Mom for helping me!! Love her!

A spoonful of sugar!

We had the best time at Mary Poppins last night. It was wonderful!! We had dinner before hand with my dad and then off we went to the Ahmanson in LA. Isabella was on the edge of her seat the whole play. She kept asking me questions and clapping so hard when the songs were done. She has a love for theater...Yea! This morning I told her, "In every job there must be done, there is an element of fun." In which she replied (very dramatic), "You find that fun and SNAP..THE JOBS A GAME!". We are so happy we could share the experience with our favorite ladies, Grammy Alice and Grammy Nancy! And we are very much looking forward to Little Mermaid coming in Fall.

Thanks goodness we are going to the salon tomorrow...Isabella needs her bangs trimmed! This was a random picture from my Moms camera after Jenny's baby shower :) I loved it so wanted to put it up!

Back to Ballet

Today was our first afternoon back to Ballet through the city. I found out last week that Mikayla and Lauren were in the class and Isabella always mentions doing Ballet again, so here we are!! I just signed her up yesterday and ran around buying new ballet and tap shoes and a new outfit since she outgrew all of her others! They do say "when it rains, it pours". My house should be flooded right about now. I am right in the midst of getting information together for our candy buffet section of RCE (thank you to Bianca for helping me out on this), cleaning up from the bridal show, getting an invitation - thank you - and candy container order ready for this weekend to be delivered (really I want to deliver it Friday but hopes of that are dwindling since I just began printing), I ordered a new website template for RCE which I will be doing all the work on, Mary Poppins is tomorrow night...not to mention taking care of two WONDERFUL children, the house and so forth. Oh, and our Fridge broke, so that repair man is coming on Thursday. I am not complaining, honestly. Just stressful eating...no wonder I am not loosing any weight!! I truly hope that I get LOTS of business from the bridal show and after all this hard work is done I can catch up on some projects around the house and be back on track. What was that rambling all about?? Ha-Ha. Enjoy the ballet pictures...

Lauren, Mikayla and Isabella
She was so happy to be back with Ms. DeeDee
Vincent kept looking at me and grinning.

She had the best time.

Bridal Show!

We had a great turn out at the Brea Bridal show on Saturday. Thank you to my lovely assistants, Teren and Holly! We had some dilemmas setting up the candy buffet, but worked together and got that looking fabulous. "Bella Dolce" (Thanks Bianca!!) is the name of the candy portion of Rebecca Calagna Events. I already had my first email requesting more information. SO EXCITED to hopefully get some new business! I also did a set up for "Jenny B Invitations" which we are starting...so much potential...and so much to do, so little time!
