Ready, Set...

We are very excited to be heading on vacation this evening!! Being picked up @ 6pm to head to dinner and the airport. Safe flight prayers around 10:30pm are greatly welcomed!

You won't hear from me for 2 weeks, but believe me, I will be taking loads of pictures.

Father's Day 2012

We had a super fun Father's Day! I woke up early and went on a walk with my friend Raquel. Then picked up Starbucks for my Love. We hung around until it was time to go have some FUN at Popi and Grammy's house. It was awesome to celebrate an amazing Father, Father of my children, and Father in law. Our family is blessed by all three men.

TOO BIG

 

 

Thursday of last week was Isabella's last day of 1st grade. Officially on summer break and officially a SECOND GRADER! I do not know how my little Bella Rose has grown so quickly!

Special

 

Even though I doubt myself most of the time, I am sure glad that my Husband finds me special enough to bring me flowers on a Thursday evening for no reason! LOVE HIM!

Brownie Bridging

 

This evening was Isabella's Bridging ceremony to Brownies. My friend (and fellow AX sister/walking partner) Raquel put together the adorable ceremony. First the girls said their Girl Scout pledge. They were then asked if they were ready to become a brownie and they said in response, "As you can plainly see, I am ready to be, a brand new Brownie Girl Scout." After saying that, they removed their blue Daisy smock, crossed the bridge, put on their new Brownie vest and got pinned by Michelle. I LOVED IT! Bella also got an award and patch for being the Top Cookie Seller. Thank you to Raquel and Michelle for creating such a memorable experience for our girls!

Way to go Bella-Boo, we are VERY PROUD of YOU!

Bubble Day & Picnic!

 

Friday morning Isabella had her Bubble Day at Wickman! Each class was in charge of a Bubble station where the kids experimented with different ways of blowing bubbles; our class was strawberry containers and rubber bands. After each class rotated through the stations, the kids had a hot dog picnic. It was a perfect party to end the school year. Only 3.5 more days until SUMMER!!!!

Vegas!

 

Friday afternoon, my Love and I took off for Vegas. We had a great little time away. I love these day or two trips with just Chris, it is really cherished time. We had a really nice room at Ceasar's which we have never stayed at prior. We ate our favorites...Shopped.... Gambled.... Watched the Kings win...you guys know our routine :) xo
