On Sunday we packed our bags for a trip to Vegas. We stayed at the Venetian and our hotel room had three TVs ... so, if Isabella suddenly has a TV in her bathroom, you will know why! Ha/Ha. We had a great time...Isabella got to go swimming, shopping and we also took her to Circus-Circus where she played games and won a cute purple elephant. She also saw the lady spin around and around by her hair in one of the circus acts. Isabella says she is going to "do that 'morrow".
Here are just a few pictures...
Last Friday was Uncle Nick's birthday. Here are a couple pictures from his birthday dinner at Lucilles!

Happy Birthday To Me!
On Friday I turned 29! It was a great day....Started off with Chris making me Birthday Toast. For those of you who don't know, as we were growing up, my Mom would always make us toast with a candle and wake us up singing Happy Birthday with my Dad and whomever else was house. It was our family tradition and really starts the day of right. So we carry on that tradition in our household. Then Mom took us to lunch at Olive Garden where Sara and the kids met up with us. Sara brought me beautiful flowers and an 'expecting' bracelet. Thanks! Then on the way home from work Chris picked up Maggianos (YUM!!) and we had a family gathering at Mom and Dads house. That was perfect for me! Chris snuck a Blackberry in my purse and told me I had a new text message! I am so happy :) I got some other wonderful gifts. Cookbooks, Kitchen towels, Magazine Rack, Pregnant Willow Tree, and beautiful purse from Texas from my Mom and Dad. Cookbooks and a Food Steamer from Joe, Alice and Nick. A beautiful cross necklace and earrings from Amy and Soner. A yummy reed diffuser and Tori Spellings book (already read it!) from Jenny and the family. Fun foot lotion/scrubber and note pad from Meagan and the girls. And awesome black and white folders/accordion folder and "Rehearsal/Wedding in Progress" sign from Bianca! Thank you everyone for making my birthday perfect! We ended the night with Isabella cracking us up to no end...The adults were being silly (started by who else...Papa Guy) and putting stuff on their heads. Isabella would crack up hysterically and slap her hands on her knee and pound her fist on the table. That in turn cracked us up even more. So much fun!!! Just think...next year I will have an almost 4 year old and a 6 month old! WOW!

Howdy Y'all!!
We are back from the Lonestar State...Here are the pictures from Mom's birthday trip/vacation. We had such a good time!!! Mother's Day was wonderful. We found a beautiful old church down the street from our hotel and then went to breakfast. Isabella gave me a present and said, "Mommy, I brought you a prize!". It was so sweet! She bought me 27 dresses, Walk the Line & Randy Jackson's CD (thanks Daddy!). Then we went to cousin Steve's house for a good ole' shrimp boil and to ride the horses! Isabella absolutely loves the horses...I think we have a Cowgirl on our hands!! During our trip we did a lot of shopping, eating and relaxing...and we did it all with family...what more could a person ask for!!! Ps...this is a LONG ONE! I cut it down from 300 pics to 100! Sorry :)

Rock Stars!
Saturday night we went to Jenny & Frank's house for Taylor's birthday. The teenage girls stayed outside and we played Guitar Hero and Band Hero for the first time! We had so much fun...I definitely know what is coming to our house soon!!! Isabella had a blast too....she was playing the guitar, drums and putting on a show singing for all of us. She is definitely going to be a rock star!
Besides the Guitar Hero, Isabella couldn't get enough of the big girls. She stood outside and watched them. She also sat in the planter behind the tree to watch. She wanted to be a big girl so bad!! No hurry Bella Rose!

National Day Of Prayer!
Today is the National Day of Prayer! The National Day of Prayer is an annual event in which millions of Americans unite to pray for our country and leaders. This year's theme, "Prayer! America's Strength and Shield," is taken from Psalm 28:7, "The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped."
