Valentines #3

Valentine #3 was a movie (along with their spcial note): Scooby Doo for Vincent and Eloise for Bella. Unfortunately Bella was not allowed to watch TV today, so she will have to wait until tomorrow to watch her movie!


We also went to play at the park after school with Isabella's friend Kendal, her sister and her Mom! It was a great time. I packed up a lunch as an extra Valentine, but they didn't eat much of it.

Now we are resting until we head to Jared's birthday party in a couple of hours!

Valentines #2

This morning the fam got Hugs and Kisses to make their day sweet! Inside the bag was their personal message from Mom...Vincent is already eating his (in fact, I better make sure he isn't making himself sick!), Isabella is still sleeping (from some bad dreams last night. Boo!) and I left Chris' on his car seat! Vincent opened his mailbox and said, "CANDY...WOO HOO!!" Hope everyone has a day to 'woo hoo' about!...

14 Days of Valentines - Day #1

This year I am doing 14 days of Valentines for my family! This morning was Chocolate Chip Muffins for breakfast! I got little Mailboxes for the kids and put their Valentine in there. Then I set their table with muffins and milk! They were so excited.
 

And yes, my kids still pick out their Christmas PJs to wear :)

Softball Practice!

Isabella has softball practice on Saturday and Mondays until Opening Day! So yesterday after school, we headed over to the field. She was so proud of her new bat, helmet and bag! It is fun to see her have such a blast...GO Pixy Stix!

10 Things to Smile About - January!

There was so much to smile about in January and looking forward to lots more to smile this month!

So here we go, in no particular order...

1. New Floors!!!
2. Bella's First Sport!
3. Fun weekend of Birthday Parties!
4. Vincent meeting the Firemen at the Grocery Store!
5. Isabella reading!
6. An organized upstairs all cleaned out with toys in each room and in the cabinets in the hall!
7. A clean house to get back on my routine (yea! house cleaners!)!
8. Putting out Valentine's decorations!
9. Finally loosing some weight!
10. My cool new CD/Radio/Ipod player from Chris for my kitchen (I like to listen to music while I am cooking dinner!)
11. Realizing just how darn lucky I am!!!

I will remain thankful for all the blessings God has bestowed upon me...the most important being my family!!

Sissy & Bubba

Isabella asked me to take a picture of Bubba cuddling with her for her "Big Sister" photo album. They DO love each other!! Here they are relaxing and watching cartoons after a nap (for Vincent) and practice/helping Mom organize (for Bella). If only they could always be this calm and loving!

SWEET STUFF!

Saturday was Isabella's very first Softball practice. Our family piled into the car (Daddy wanted to take her, but Mommy didn't want to miss out) and we headed to the field. She was decked out with her a pink and black glove and some pink and black cleats! So adorable! She is also very excited about having 3 Coaches.

Team Name: Sweet Stuff.
Colors: black and pink.
Nickname she picked: Pixy Stix.

Pajama Day!

Today is Pajama Day at school and here is my Princess before she left for school this morning. Isabella says she is going to surprise all of her friends with her Tutu! I just love these pajamas and the fact that they say "Snow Belle"!

Update...

Well, 2 more turned into 5 more! Isn't that always the way it goes?

Our installer is coming back today to finish the molding in the living room. We also have a carpet person coming to take our carpet from the dinning room and replace what he can on the stairs. I have slowly been moving things back to place. We decided this new floor makes everything seem different and our house feel super big. We do love it, but everything is going to take some getting use! I also rearranged my office and my computer is now on the opposite side. More pictures to come once the floor (well the whole house actually) is CLEAN. Everything is still super dusty, etc (excuse the pic below)!

2 MORE!

Two more days that is, not including tomorrow, before our gigantic project downstairs is finished. I will still be exiled to my room Monday and Tuesday until my house is handed back to me to dust, clean and reorganize!

I am so looking forward to getting life back! It is hard (when you are me) to stay in one room and watch that room get messier and messier and have your whole house a disaster with out much you can do about it! But oh so worth it in the end!

Here are my kids eating pizza tonight in our retreat...don't ask me what either are doing with their faces. I think we are all going delirious!
